Terms of Service

By accessing or using AgentBurn ("the Service"), operated by Magpie Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AgentBurn provides AI spend tracking, cost attribution, and reporting tools. The Service allows you to connect AI provider accounts, monitor usage and costs, and generate billing reports.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

When you connect third-party AI provider accounts (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), you grant us permission to access your usage and billing data from those providers. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. API keys are encrypted at rest and only decrypted in memory during API calls.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Magpie Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the information you provide or generate through the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magpie Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account closure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
